Tick Mark as reviewed and watch the score and the test plan follow
Mark a page as behind a feature flag in the pages list
Open Contracts (backend) to see the breaking change field by field
Open an entry in Routes (frontend) or Operations (backend) to see how the change reaches it
Copy the review record from the Result tab

About the pull request. It was written for this demo on a fork of the FastAPI full-stack template: items get a status, the list endpoint filters by it, and an Insights page shows the totals, with the kind of problems a reviewer should catch.

The pull request's workflow ran the project's tests with coverage, ruff and pip-audit, then farol on each side. See the pull request and farol's comments on it.
